We want to guide you on the journey to embracing your newfound strength as a Mom. This six week workout guide is great for post partum mothers and beginners alike. Here, Aneeka will teach you the value of good form and mindfulness thoughout your workout. These exercises can be performed at your own pace, with the aim of working a little harder as you progress through the workout plan.
We're all about women supporting women, so we've created a little group where our MomSquad are part of an In-App chat group to help motivate and cheer for each other. Aneeka will also be available at scheduled times to answer your questions.
