GIRL POWER CHALLENGE
A workout challenge for the BADASS WOMAN IN YOU!
The second challenge to launch on our FIT GIRL APP, Girl Power is a high level beginner to intermediate workout challenge that incorporates strength, cardiovascular and HIIT training as only the Fit Girl Method can.
This six week challenge is about getting out of your comfort zone. You will be challenged, bit it will be great! These exercises can be performed at your own pace, with the aim of working a little harder as you progress through the workout plan.
We're all about women supporting women, so we've created a little group where our Girl Power babes are part of an In-App chat group to help motivate and cheer for each other. Aneeka will also be available at scheduled times to answer your questions.
