This is a high-level beginner to intermediate workout challenge that incorporates strength, cardiovascular and HIIT training.
This 6-week challenge is about getting out of your comfort zone. You will be challenged, but it will be great! These exercises can be performed at your own pace, with the aim of working a little harder as you progress through the workout plan.
