Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days only.

Should we be experiencing high order volumes, you will be notified of this as well as the estimated shipment date of your purchase.

Customs, duties, and taxes:

Fit Girl Enterprises (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Fit Girl Enterprises (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Please contact us via email at contact@fitgirl.co.za and we will provide you with a quotation from our couriers for international deliveries.

Returns Policy:

Fit Girl Enterprises (Pty) Ltd does not allow returns or substitutions of any product. Should FIT GIRL decide to honour a return as determined in its sole discretion, we will either send you a pre-paid label to return the Box and deduct the cost of shipping from your refund amount, or we will request that you return the Box using your preferred shipping method at your expense. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment for all purchases. Boxes are shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss for a product will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
