We've added this fabulous Calorie Calculator to our website to make if easy for you to choose your recipes from The Fit Girl Kitchen so that they fit within your calorie goals. 

Here's how to use our Calorie Calculator:

  1. Fill out the required fields.
  2. At the drop down for GOAL, select "CUSTOM" and then add the percentage you are willing to add or reduce your calories by for your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) as well as your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) to reach your goals. For example, if you want to reduce your calories by 20% to reach your goal faster, enter "-20%" in each field. Please make sure that these calorie totals are sustainable for you in the long term. 
  3. Click on calulate and view your results at the bottom of the page.
  4. Hover over each of your results values to find out what each of the values mean.
